We believe in the value of our oceans. We particularly focus on the seafloor, as it mirrors how healthy our oceans are, and healthy oceans are key to billions of people in terms of food, jobs and climate regulation. Therefore, we are convinced that threats posed to nature and society, by e.g. climate change or plastic waste pollution, need to be tackled and understood using real-time, objective and meaningful data. Our oceans, and specifically the seafloor, need to be protected and not exploited. That is why we do not engage in projects that unnecessarily damage or exploit the seafloor.
